Our approach

How we think about space, data, and location decisions.

Radexis does not look for the 'best point'. We help you see the picture of risks, constraints, and alternatives on which an informed decision can be made.

Data is not equal to a decision

Numbers and points on a map do not make decisions by themselves. Without context they easily mislead and create false confidence. We use data as material for analysis, not as a ready answer.

How we look at space

We work with zones, not points

Single objects say little without the surrounding context.

We analyze overlaps

Markets, radii, and audiences often overlap and compete with each other.

We consider distribution

It is important not only where, but how demand and supply are distributed.

What we do not promise

Radexis does not guarantee success and does not provide 'best locations'. We do not replace management decisions with analytics and do not work by a template. Our task is to reduce uncertainty and show trade-offs.

Depending on the task, Radexis can participate at different levels - from providing data to analytical interpretation.
